Story 1 - Rainsong.
This is the story of a Wraith teenager, named Rainsong, whose hive was destroyed on Teyla Emmagan's orders in the episode "The Queen".
He survived as one of the few - his mother ordered him to escape in a fighter jet, seeing that they would not win with the second hive.
Unfortunately, the dart was damaged and the boy drifted a long time among the wreckage of the ship before being found by a hive led by Wildfire.
This story tells a way as Wildfire helps him overcame the trauma of destroying his home hive - practically the only world he's ever known, along with everyone he loved (including his parents).

A few years later, Rainsong be friends with Kate Harrigan and Lostpath ("Forced worshipper"), thanks to whom he "revives" and from a perpetually sad / depressed teenager becomes again cheerful and curious about the world.
